Ingenium Fides LLC is a Texas-based engineering consultancy dedicated to delivering technically accurate, economical and high-quality process design for the refining and petrochemical industries.

We support clients across the full project lifecycle — from feasibility and conceptual studies through basic design, FEED, detailed engineering, technology risk assessments, troubleshooting and startup assistance.

Luis Gordo - Chief Process Engineer

More than 26 years of process design experience primarily as Chief & Lead Engineer for refining and petrochemical process plants. Responsible for technical accuracy, quality and economy of process design across feasibility studies, conceptual, basic and detailed design, proposals, troubleshooting and startup. Has supervised teams of up to 25 process engineers and managed multiple projects simultaneously.

Co-developer and Subject Matter Expert for plastic-to-coker (SYDECSM Circular) technology. Author of U.S. Patent 12,203,039 B on Fouling Mitigation of Delayed Coker Heaters (January 2025). Multiple industry presentations on circular economy and delayed coking technology.
